I experienced some skin dryness of the glans during the 1st month of use (am on day 52/282hrs, no days off) but it was my user error and not the device causing it.
I would pump the bellows until I couldn't depress it any further, achieving max pressure inside the bell. In my mind this achieved 2 things;
- I needed this much pressure to stop it slipping off (wrong)
- When I was done and pulled out of the phallosan, my knob looked massive! Kinda like fluid retention of the glans I guess, it would dissipate after an hour or two and when back to original glans size I'd find the top layer of skin would almost feel leathery. This would fold/crinkle, crack, then peel off like a snake shedding it's skin, kinda weird, gross and amusing all at the same time.
I thought just applying some moisturizer onto the glans before attaching would help but still the same result, it took me about 2 weeks of this happening before I tried using less pressure in the bell, mainly due to the glans becoming ultra sensitive from constantly losing thin layers of skin off it and whaddya know? The skin stopped peeling and the darn thing stayed attached at a lower pressure! ?
I feel kinda dumb writing this out as the solution to the problem is easy to see in hindsight but remember I was stuck in the mindset of, 'more suction = no slippage' so it took me a bit longer to figure out than it should, hopefully my experience may help others if they are experiencing similar issues.
