With that curve it looks like about 8.25" bp. If I were you I'd start with a light length routine and a pretty heavy girth routine. Do a few hundred wet jelqs everyday with at least 30 minutes of strectching, which should take no more than an hour to do every day.
After a month or two, get a vacuum hanger to help gain even more length if you want. Don't start clamping until you have been doing manual girth exercises(jelqs, SSJs, erect bends, etc) for at least six months. Trust me, wait at least six months to do any hardcore girth exercises like clamping. Also, after a few months you might want to get a pump to help supplement the gains, especially in the flaccid state.
