I've used the search function and spoken to a few very kind members here and I have chosen a few exercises I really like

Bundled Stretch


Please recommend me more advanced style exercises....I have used the Mandingo stretch and Blue Whale Stretch and they did not work for me I could't feel the stretch at all.......

Okay, you say manual but dont say if you have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] or not? I will include the intense stretches I know about and that work, incl [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] ones.

* DLD Squat behind the cheek rotary stretches (Targets the ligaments insanely and is the brother/sister to the Blue_Whale mother of all ligament stretches and my V-SES stretch)
* Blue_Whale Mandingo stretch (This is VERY powerful. I gained from 8-8.3 last year from this and I had not gained length in awhile. Works via bundles)
* DLD Expressive Stretches (Only exercise I know off that isolates the INNER penis for even more potential growth but its best to have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. Can do it in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] know though)
* Lazy Ass Stretches (Can be made intense and do them while sitting on that ass)
* Under the leg stretches (Like the former but using the legs)
* Expressive Jelqs (Jelq behind the balls, helps blood flow in the region and potentially gains)
* Blue_Whale mandingo stretch done via [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]
* V-SES (Vox Succurro extorqueo) stretch (Very intense at isolating the ligaments, need a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] or alternative)
* Squat Stretches (Stretch the penis on the squat down, very intense)
* Sit-Up stretch (Stretch the penis as you sit-up, hits the tunica more and intense)
* TOW (Tug of War) stretch (Stretches the penis in opposite directions)

sorry for the double post guys I actually did try Blue Whale Mandingo Stretch and I couldn't feel ANYTHING literally feltl like i was just touching my penis I must be doing something wrong...btw Red how long did it take you to go to 8.3 inches with these?
 
Some of the best stretches available, I think this will be an awesome routine.

I made a thread at the time here. Took me 2 months to get that and to quote myself
Yes and it took 19 sessions over 8/9 weeks which averages to just over 2 sessions a week!
