Since then, I've gained a half inch of length, but it appears as though my balls are going along for the ride. What the hell?

It's almost as if there's 6 inches of length from the tip of my dick to my balls, and half an inch of "inner-cock" that I stretched out from my balls to my abdomen if that makes sense. Is this common? Will it go away?

Or is there an exercise where I can get my balls to hang lower and perhaps scoot back closer towards me and out of the way? I don't know. I'm scared if I gain two more inches and attain my goal of 8" that my balls are going to be half-way up my shaft by then or something! lol. Ideas?

I had something like this, only worse. I've never been interested in length increases, but when I started jelqing, my girth increased. With the increased girth and minor length increase, I think the skin was pulled up, and my balls were noticeably higher than they had been.
I'm pretty sure it's normal for your balls to pull up a bit more right before orgasm (in fact, I think there's a technique for delaying orgasm that involves pulling your balls down away from your body, but I've never tried it). Anyway, for a while after I had some girth gains from jelqing, I would really notice the difference when I would get close to orgasm, either masturbating or fucking my gf. My balls would pull up so far that one or both would pop inside my body, which hurt. At least once when I was fucking my gf, I came and then had to pull out, stand up, and push on my lower abdomen to get my balls to descend into their normal position.
At that point, I consulted [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and found some things about skin stretching. After a couple of weeks of stretching both the skin on my penis (using a technique from a post on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] about getting rid of "turkey neck") and the scrotum (using various "ball stretch" techniques found on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]), my balls were a more normal distance from my body and didn't pull inside when I was close to orgasm, even when it was cold in the room where I was fucking or masturbating.
I still do a little stretching of the skin now and then, but my gains seem to have slowed- I only gained a little length from jelqing, and after the initial girth gains, which came unbelievably fast, my gains have slowed quite a bit. As a result, the problem of "high-riding balls" never came back.

So here's my advice...
First, do some scrotal stretching. I hold the base of my erect penis and pull the skin toward the penis head with one hand and pull downward on my balls with the other. It's easy to feel a stretch in the scrotal skin this way.
And do some penis skin stretches. Pull down (toward your body) on the skin of your penis while completely erect. After a couple of minutes, you'll probably lose your erection, but you can stimulate yourself and do some more. That's the exercise for getting rid of "turkey neck" that I found on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words].
I also grab my penis near the head with one hand and near the base with the other hand and pull the hands apart in a way that stretches the skin. It's hard to explain, but it's easy to get the feel for stretching the skin.

Interestingly, I've been worried about "turkey neck" but never really got much, even though my gains in penis size pulled my scrotal skin up enough that I had the ball problem I mentioned above.

This is good advice, well the whole post is/was. this is one of the better skin stretches though.
You can hang weight 1 lbs or so, and/or grab them and stretch them your self.
Heres one way of not making the problem worse as you jelq. Take a boot lace drop it over your penis take both ends behind your legs bring one end around your belly and tie over one hip(this gets the knot out of your way).
Doing this does two things one it keeps the skin from going down the shaft as you jelq. two it helps hold blood in as you jelq. Also now you now can take a sencond string tie around your balls and tie them back as you jelq.[bring the string under your leg and tie near where the lace goes over your penis.]

It's pretty intuitive on how to stretch your balls. Simply stretch the penis upwards and the balls downwards! For automation I'd recommend a leather ball stretcher or a more expensive steel O-ring things which weigh them down.
 
het got surgery to get his turkey neck removed!!

the funny thing is that most people seems to think that this is extra flappy skin......well it is not...

it is your scrotum skin that has moved, let's say has gotten compact...
that is why you clearly can see new white skin on the edges of you scrotum and old scrotum skin that has a darker tint...:s

so removing that flappy part, is cutting away a part of your scrotum?:(, so the skin should also be more tighter on the shaft...

most Penis Enlargement-ers talk about this that it comes with gains...

well i did not gain a micro-inch but pulled the skin loose...

the stretches have made things worse for me!:O

if you find a solid cure please share this with everybody...
because i would really like to find one!:)
