Ok well my stats are 7.5nbp and 7.8bp and girth 5.6-5.75 and my goal is to go for 9.5 inches long nbp and 7.0 inch in girth... This is going to take alota dedication and im going to give it my all and more well i wanted to know what are they best excersises that you guys do for girth and lenght?????
 
How long have you been doing pe consistantly (more then 4x per week?). If its less then a month you really should start with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for at least a couple weeks. Get your penis in good health before trying anything too exotic or advanced.
 
well actually ive know about it for more that a yr and my current routine is
Jelq...20 min
Horse...5 times and 20 jelqs inbetwean each one
clamp 17 min
Hang 2-3 hours a day

and i do this 5-6 days a week
so what do you guys think i shud change?
 
I think you should add in about 3-400 3 second kegels then you're good to go. Maybe add some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s but your routine already looks pretty packed. Just keep it up.

With SSjs I like to loosen my grip and kegel in more blood about 10 times before I clamp down and hold. When I do hold though my dick nearly explodes.The expansion is insane.

And don't underestimate those Kegels. They're very important IMO.

I think your routine looks pretty good right now. You seem to have all bases covered but make sure that your girth routine is done at high intensity if you think that you have enough experience with Penis Enlargement for it. Are you getting a lot of expansion in girth after a session and a lot of lig burn when you press down on them during the day?
