Hi everyone. Lot of new names here. First of all, I'd like to say a big thanks to Jaz and DLD as well as the Brotherhood in general for their kindness in allowing me to come back. I did some selfish things in the past to help promote myself and I'm sorry. I'm here to participate again in the community. I'm going to try and share my knowledge where I can on hanging and clamping mainly. But, also on general PE. I've been around this stuff since about the same time DLD came online and we go back to say the least.

If you are referring to fluid build up around my circumcision scar area from exercises like jelqs and squeezes, they were always squishy.
 
No, never had a serious injury. My only "injury" I recall ever having was a slightly clogged skin vein on my shaft from jelqing too hard. I massaged it for a few days when I remembered to and it went away.

I have gained about 2" in length and a little over 1" in girth. So far. I gained my first 1/2" in length and girth from jelqing. Typical "newbie gains". The rest came from squeezes, some stretching here and there and more so from hanging and clamping.

How does one get this from Jelqing? Going too intense for too long? I've actually started Jelqing a lot more and with extreme intensity, close to 1000 combined upward and downward Jelqs. Am I at risk, and what are some ways to avoid this thrombosis other than lowering intensity and duration?
 
U need to seriously abuse ur veins' capacity. That's why I dont do constrictors anymore than like one minute
If ur not clamped %100 erect I dont know if its likely to happen, but still take care of your veins when jelquing over them

it depends on your veins. i just got one to throw from stretches and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] usage.

That's a little disheartening. So you only gained 2 inches in length through all those efforts, including hanging? Can I ask what your hanging routine looked like? Like how much time a day and how much weight did you get up to. Also, how long did it take to gain those two inches?

I don't recall seeing anyone having made more than 2 inches in length other than Bib and DLD. My personal goal is to gain at least 2 inches from hanging, but what I really want is 3-4 extra inches in length. In your experience is 3-4 inches even possible with an intense hanging routine?

That suks bro did ya grip too tightly, or are u sayin u have delicate veins. I got one a while bak on the foreskin which I dont even care about. Just recently I got some blockage that idk is lymphatic or vascular so I'm doin stretches exclusively

I went with the pull the shit out of your dick method that walking dream did. I hadn't been doing manuals for like a min, but i would haphazardly add [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] here and there. I think it was the faulty mistake of doing some pretty intense [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] tension and about 15 min of manuals my first time out. I thought because I'm probably the most conditioned [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] user on the boards that I could jump back into my old routine without ill effect. Boy was I wrong. Never fear tho. Heat, massage and anti inflammatory protocol has got 90 % out in about 48 hrs like the OP HAD mentioned. Might take the test of the week off and resume length again next week with more caution. I already have a pretty fat dick; now I just want a longer dick. If anyone has any input on keeping these veins and vessels from freaking out during the lengthening process please DM me. Thanks.


And OP. Glad to have you back. And to the naysayer above. I'll take two inches anyday.

I don't think it's disheartening. Why do you? Many men PE and don't seem to gain anything. My PE has always been very on again/off again. Few months here few weeks there. Realistically, I made my gains in about 3 years total time. It would take too long to post my routines. Look up progressive hanging on Google though. That's been my main approach.

Well don't get me wrong, a gain is a gain, and anything over an inch worth of gains is nothing to take lightly. I wasn't trying to put what you did down, I have just seen your name in the past and for some reason thought it took you like 10 years of solid work to gain those two inches. That would still be cool, but a little bit disheartening if you know what I mean.

Three years on and off for two inches is pretty good though. Like I said though, I have yet to see anyone besides Bib or DLD gain 3.5 + inches in length, which is my goal that I am hoping is realistic.

Yea I don't care how long it takes, two inches is never disheartening. I think people need to get used to the idea that PE takes a really long time. Anyone who thinks they're gonna gain like crazy in a few months or something (other than newbie gains) is setting themselves up for disappointment. Get used to it, it requires alot of time :)

From 6.5 to ten the first 2 inches in six months Impressive no doubt. the other 1.5inches left took him almost a decade...(lenghtwise)

Still has been here from the beginning and will remain forever. He is a pioneer in this business and his name will live on in infamy in the halls of PE. There are few people who have stuck with the Brotherhood for the time Still has, about 18 years since we met and 17 years in PE.
