I'm sorry to go against some grain here but the articles mentioned and the advice on supplements is just not going to get anyone anywhere.
First of: The anabolic diet is just utter poppycock I'm sorry to say. Yes, adequate levels of fat with at least a certain portion of saturated fats will have a positive influence on testosterone levels. But beyond something like 20-25% of daily calories from dietary fat will not going to have any considerable effect. Furthermore limiting carb intake and high fat intake doesn't work well for most people during a bulk.
And then the food choices. Stuffing yourself with cheese and whipped cream is just not going to be the healthiest way to treat your body.
Get on a regular diet something like: 30/50/20 (protein/carbs/fat) and adjust to personal preference/feelings.
Supplements:
There are really just a few supplements worth considering, the rest is garbage really and will drain your pockets like nothing else if you buy into the hype. Supplements that work: Creatine mono, multi vitamin, calcium/magnesium/zink, fish oil, protein powder. Maybe some BCAA's for empty stomach exercise and that's pretty much it. Some others might be worth considering but the list is very short. Please don't throw away money on dreams of quick fixes. Literally 99% of supplements don't do anything.
Please save yourself the trouble swimming through the oceans of bs and broscience on the web about diet and bodybuilding and first search this site for what you need to know:

There are really not much more than a handful of people in this fitness/bb/diet world that actually know what they are talking about. At the top of that list are guys such as Alan Aragon and Lyle McDonald. (His site is the one I linked to)
