Head Size

What exercises can i do to increase the size of the end of my penis as this is the area i would like to improve. I havent found any percific routines.

There's been some controversy as to whether you can really increase head size. Some claim that exercises like Ulis can do this, while others have been unable to increase glans size (even though they made good gains otherwise).
After about a year of semi-sporadic Penis Enlargement, I would guess that my glans size has changed very little. Of the 1 1/8" I've gained in length, I'd say that at least 5/8" to 3/4" was from base extension (as evidenced by the chicken skin & hair up the shaft); maybe 1/4" was mid-shaft (tunica) elongation, and maybe 1/8" (if that) on the glans length. My shaft has thickened, but not the head. I'm going to post a pic to show what I mean.

I sure don't know if stretching it causes permanent size increases, but you sure can get a temporary big head with the skin tight as a drum by doing squeezes (kegels timed to your released O-grip around the base of the penis.)

My head is HUGE now from peing...it is possible to get them larger....just keep engorging and holding lots of blood in their.

I have gained a bit over 1/4 inch in head girth over the last couple months. I have been using a cable clamp padded with some thick foam window weatherstripping for 3, 15 minute sets morning and evening. (I am actually doing one now!)

Cable clamps are available at Home Depot individually for a buck, or at Walmart in packages for a few bucks. This is a source too:

I pad the clamp with the weatherstrip, then clamp under the head. I kegel and use my hand to fill the head up with blood while clamp is tight. I make the head as full as I can get it, so all the lines and bumps disappear and it is smooth. Then I tighten the clamp all the way. (Clamp has to be as tight as you can comfortably get it to keep blood from flowing back out of head.) Every now and then I squeeze the lower half of my penis to push a bit more blood in.

Be very careful not to keep it on too long. Over 20 minutes bad bruising and spotting will happen, a bit more and you could kill your dick. This is NOT something to do if you are forgetful or tired and could doze off. But done carefully, it might help your head girth as it has mine.

Hey Steve, is there any way you could get a pic up of the clamp with the thick foam window weatherstripping on it? It would be neat to see what it looks like as well as to see what this foam window weather stripping looks like for those of us who have no idea.

I'll try to get a pic up this weekend. In the mean time, I'll try to describe it better. I bought the foam weatherstripping at Home Depot (but I can't find it on their website of course), it is weatherstripping that is intended for windows - I believe specifically for window AC units. It is about 1/2" thick by 1 1/2" wide, and comes in a package of about 3' or 4' I think. It is white in color and very soft - closed cell foam (very comfortable).

I cut a piece that just wraps around my penis (about 6" long), tapering the ends 45 degrees so they overlap. I cut it with a serrated kitchen knife. In use, I place it on the area just below the head and then put the clamp on around it.

After several months, I have not had to cut a new length of foam. It is dented where the clamp has exerted pressure on it, but still retains plenty of softness. Pretty resilient and durable stuff. I believe any firm closed cell foam of similar dimensions would work. This stuff is, however, quite comfortable.

I will be going to Home Depot tomorrow or Sunday (with any luck) to get some needed junk, and will find the brand name of the weatherstrip and price to post here.

I have gained little head size in my Penis Enlargement career, but I did notice when I was hanging, the blood that was in the head (this is bad, for you hangers) was getting pushed until it was rock solid. I noticed an increase in head size while hanging like this.

For $2.95, this thing rocks. I'm using it right now as I type. It has a handy dial for tightening and the only other thing you need is like a folded up washcloth for a wrap and you're all set. I will never stop singing this thing's praises since it has helped me so much in my quest for girth.

I've found that my head has been increasing in proportion to the rest of my meat. With the clamp on, my cock head is tight and hard as a rock. This HAS to have some kind of long term effect on it's size.
