Hello guys, long time reader, first time poster. I have been doing P.E. for more then six months now faithfully and I have yet to notice any gains. I have gone from doing DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] 2xs a day for two months straight, to 30-60 minutes jelking and 30-60 mins mandingo stretches for perhaps another two months, and my latest routine, hanging at 20 minute intervals for 60 or more minutes a day. This, of course, has always been to the intensity that I cringe my jaw and grit my teeth.

My starting size is 7 in length and 6 and a smidge in girth. I was wondering if that had anything to do with my slow to develope length gains. If anybody has any insights or tips I would greatly appreciate it. I am willing and dedicated to do what it takes to see my goals through and I am thankful for any help you can bring.
 
As said by GH, you may be doing too much but it may be something else like the exercises you are using. Some guys need long, long, light sessions of stretching as seen in Hanging or Extending. This may be where you need to concentrate your efforts. Hanging can be risky so I suggest using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and seeing where that takes you. Also, try a different schedule, maybe 3 on 3 off to see if it is a rest issue. Sometimes girth work can spark length gains, so maybe give some intense girth work a chance. Slow Squash Jelqs will force growth in girth work so this may be just what you need. If you have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] try the DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters this will really wake your member up. Expressive stretching can also be used to force length gains. This is an approach where you are pulling internal penis out from the base. Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] or a home made version may be something else you can look into. An easier way to perform Expressed Exercise is doing the Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches. Lots of stuff to consider but I will try to itemize this for you.

1.) Rest days, change of schedule
2.) Intense Girth work to force length gains
3.) Expressive Stretching

Try this out and let us know how it goes.
 
I took your advice, for the most part, :P and I am proud and excited to say that I have gained a full 1/4 inch easy. Whether due to a change in routine, months of hard work paying off, or both I'm at 7 and 1/4 inch in length and 6 and 1/4 in girth.

What I did was continue to hang, worked in more wet jelqs and incorporated 50-100 DLD blasters in my routine. I feel the blasters really well and I believe that is a huge edge in my arsenal now. I also took your advice to take days off, seems to have worked. I'm just a bit concerned about gaining so much girth but it's dosen't keep me up at night.
