I'm new to this forum but I have been Penis Enlargementing for some time now. I started back in 2006 and did it for about 6 months then stopped. Met my ex and had a long, nice relationship for about 4 years. I did try to restart in 2010 but just did a few months and then quit. In March 2012 I restarted doing Penis Enlargement and stuck to it. When I started in 2006 I was:
15,5cm (6.1inch) BPenis EnlargementL and about 15cm (5.8inch) in girth.
Now I am:
18cm (7,08inch) BPenis EnlargementL and 16cm (6.29inch)
With my latest routine I noticed a temp length gain of 18,5cm (7.28inch) so I think I'm close to cement that. My current workout is this:
Warmup in shower +_5min.
- Bundled Mandingo 'V-stretch', very nice and intense strech. I do about 20 of this, 30sec reps.
- V-Stretch, 10x40sec.
Warmdown in shower +_5min.
These stretches seem to give me those temp gains as opposed to the regular Long Shlong stretches so I'm doing the stretched mentioned above only. Once that's done I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and wear that for a couple of hours +_2/3 or 4 hours.
Once I get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I'll also add that to the routine after the stretches. Thinking about doing DLD's excellent routine of 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5min Jelqing and this 3 times, 30min workout. And after that put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device.
