12:30 PM

Strech penis straight out parallel to floor center, left, right - hold 30 second stretch for each direction
Perform 30 rotary cranks
Stretch penis behind cheeks straight, left, right - hold 30 second stretch for each direction
Stretch penis towards chin straight up, left, right - hold 30 second stretch for each direction
Perform 30 rotary cranks
Warm down with hot rag - 5 minutes
1:00 PM

lol) Leave gym and replace [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for another 2 hours.
Sometime between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Warm up with hot rag - 5 minutes
Do 400-600 wet 2 second Jelqs
Perform the Testicle Health excercises from DLD on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] website
Warm down with hot rag along with Kegels. Hold for 5 seconds release for 2 seconds = 1 rep. Do 50 reps (5-10 minutes)
Alright fellas there it is! I will be performing this routine for a good while more than likely. I also have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and I am taking the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] Girth Pills. I will probably get my penis a little stronger before I start using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. Maybe this routine will bring gains in the future! I am going to do my best, and that's all you can do! I will get some pics up in a couple of days when I have time. I am open for any suggestions and/or criticisim guys!
