Yes I believe V-stretches, inverted V-Stretches, A-Stretches, Blasters, bundled stretches, Bundled Mandingo stretches and other stretches that stress and stretch the tunica will indirectly lead to girth gains. But for best results I still believe its best to include what we call "girth" exercises such as Uli's, Supra Slammers, squeezes, clamped sessions, etc
