Everyone is different but you could get another 1/2" before the gains slow and you have to get more creative and apply more stress. Great gain!!

I technically "started" Penis Enlargement a little over a week or so ago. I took it pretty easy the first week as I'm trying to ease into it and not try to do too much too soon - hopefully I'll be able to minimize the boo-boos and bruising I've seen reported.

I can definietly see/feel a difference in my flacid length, but it may just be b/c I've switched to boxers and am thinking about my cock so much more these days! LOL

Going to measure only once a month, and don't expect gains like you've seen, but we'll see.

this is the greatest gain i've made in a the shortest amount of time. be intense but be safe at the safe time,then the gains WILL come.
 
that's good to hear...so you gained .5" inches in a month just doing regular wet jelq? keep it up...maybe you can get another .5" in a month time if you keep it consistent

actually my jelqs are a stretch too. i jelq slow, intense, then stretch it at the end and hold for 10 + seconds.

Youll easy make those gains if not excell them, look at my sig Im living proof that this shit works, its taken about 10 weeks to put on a inch! so thats roughtly 0.1" a week

Today on 10-06-04 Im 7" in length and 5 girth

im pleased about gains so far, If I keep gaining ta this rate I should reach my goal in time (BP 8 X 5.75)

Once I reach my goal 8 hopefully by xmas ill go for the same but NBP measurment.

I think I did overtrain in the begining, but now I take a day off or I do alternate exercises like jelq one day, strech the next. Or if I do both exercises I try and do streches in the morning jelq in the evening as I think its too much to do them one after another (at least for me)

thanks for the encouragement, all. I'm trying to set modest goals and we'll see how it goes. As I mentioned in my first post in the newb section, I'm married w/ 2 small kids, and haven't mentioned this to my wife yet (feel funny/silly about it, but maybe that will change), so I have almost no time/privacy, so my 'workouts' are going to be a bit shorter than those of most people here, at least until I can figure out a good system.

My short-term goal is 6.5 BPenis EnlargementL by 4/26/05 (my short-term hope is 7 BPenis EnlargementL) with corresponding girth gains.

My mid-term goal is 7-7.25 BPenis EnlargementL by 9/26/05 (mid term hope is 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL) with corresponding girth gains.

My long term goal/hope is 8.5 - 9.0 BPenis EnlargementL with a girth of 5.5 - 5.75.

I hope to reach my hopes, but will be satisied if I hit my goals. I'm not expecting any miracles. We'll see if this works. I'm encouraged by what I've read here and the positive attitude of all the members here.
 
For me length is easiar girth, figures, I dont even need length, but any gain is good.

I'd say a good gainer gains about .25 in length or girth a month, If you stay true to your Penis Enlargement and stay focused, keep your workouts intense, you could get .25 a month as well. I dont believe in "slow gainers" only "hard workers", the guys who work the hardest and stay dedicated are the ones who gain the quickest. Just stay loyal and as soon as you get your first gains your hooked after that, thats how it was with me. rofl

I believe that you gained 1/2 of length in 1 month, congradulations, whatever it is, keep doing it until you stop gaining, than bump the intensity up.
