Franks Girth attack log:

the new exercise I chose to use this week was the tug of war stretch, which by the way works very effective.

-30min. of tug of war stretch and stretching
-30min. to an 1hr. of various types of jelqing and bending upwards for a curve
-an hour with my own version of a clamp, with some dry jelqing
-Then leave on the clamp for another 30 min.

My gains so far: When Girth attack was first introduced I was at 5.5, now I am at about 5.70
 
that is awesome progress! I was going to ask if you can handle doing a routine that long,but it looks like your body is responding very well to it
 
TOW stretches are for length. You're supposed to pick a new girth exercise.
 
Looks like a very energy and time intensive routine.

Questions:
Do you break up the routine at all during the day?
What about rest days? i.e. - What's your workout schedule?
How long have you been doing this routine (minus the TOW stretches)? What about warm-ups?

No, I do my session all at one time. I pretty much have a lil bit of each exercise in my routines, cuz the exercises aren't much different from each other. Also cyclopes, thank you for makeing me realize that, lol. I guess my new exercise is clamping then, since I just recently got a methode of clamp. :)
 
Holy cow, nice gains.

I think you should add more jelqs to the routine before you think about making it any more intense....if you are even thinking that.

Do you do warm shower or warm compresses for warmup at all?

Nice quick gains man....impressed and jealous.....but thats what we are here for right...to get to 6 or die tryin'

I thought my gains are good(from 5-5.125) for the same amount of time.My sessions are 2x45 mins. per day,6-7 days,than rest 2-3 days.I guess that hard work pays off at the end.Keep it up!By the way,your girth is already fucking great!!!

Nice girth gain! I love your routine too, it looks intense. Do you have any length gains yet?
 
Well I haven't been Penis Enlargementing much lately, due to a shit load of work, but now I should be able to catch up. I will update my gains in a month or so :cool: .

About the warm up, yes I used to a while back, but not anymore :cool:

Are you back in business yet? I hope so because I have not seen this thread updated. Even if you squeeze 30 minutes in a day it will keep you on track.
