Iva been doing the foot long stretches for the last 10 days n "allowed" me to realize how possible is to get real tangible gains whit the exercise is a powerful n being cautious is important here.

im going to continue whit that exercise until dec 31st n see what i get, what do you guys think about my idea..besides i added the erect stretches too..correct me if im wrong but the average period of time before changing to a new routine or exercise is 3 months.(sides i can only spend about an hour or an hour an half everyday)

Not really..i would only change my routine if i'm not gaining..if i'm gaining with one routine,i can stick with it for years..if i feel like that routine is not for me and i feel like i'm not gaining,i might change it in two days..you don't need to measure to find out if you're gaining or not,you can feel it :)

Yes food long stretches is a powerful exercise , very good for length,but you also need a strong routine behind this stretch..bundles-length master work-food long stretches are a good combo.

True, as long as a routine is gainful it should be continued until the gains cease because the penis has become used to the exercises or intensity. At this point either intensity needs to be increased, exercises need to be replaced or a completely new routine be established. Every 90 days there should be an official measurement of all areas to see progress.

I kinda feel like you should be able to tell if a plan is working within a month in cases where you're using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] or just going at it hard. Cases where you're doing an hour a day even, you should probably be able to see some kind of difference on the measuring stick if it's working. Unless your eq is variable, in which case you should be kegeling like it's going out of style.

If it's a lighter routine then maybe 3 months, but I think for myself 2 would be the max.

What are the details of your routine exactly? Also how are you doing days on/off? They're certainly two pretty solid sounding exercises for length. The erect stretches should close the gap between your bpfsl and your bpel. Footlongs sound great if you consider LOT theory. Basically says if you have a higher exit point from the pelvis you should be able to lower it and expose some of what's hidden, plus it's gotta stretch the tunica from the intensity from what it sounds like.

I'd bundle them, CAREFULLY AS FUCK, and really decimate the tunica once you are really used to them. For your time limit though these look good as any.

strteching the penis beyond that one foot would be an amazing achievement!! i think if i can stretch it more than one foot my erect size would be damn massive lol may 8+in lenght.:)

As far as length goes, yes the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is enough to bring incredible gains in length and base girth. There is no better device to give the intensity the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] gives.
 
Holy shit. I've never seen this stretch. I must do it! I'll also try to get as flexible as I can so that I can use 2 feet! and stretch forward!

So many exercises I have created have been buried in the archives. Soon we will have everything organized and in one place. We are on the videos now and from there we will start resurrecting old exercise and routine threads giving them a permanent place on the forum with their videos, respectively.

Hahaha. I'm pretty sure we can invent something like that :) I was thinking maybe we can use cable machines. You know how cable machines have weights attached, so why not use the cable part and apply it to your penis somehow and walk backwards facing the cable machine while putting a weight on. This way it pulls on your dick using the weight you adjusted? It's like hanging except straight or whatever direction your cable is pulling.

The reason why you don't see gains is because you are always setting very short term goals everytime. You have been doing this for more than 10 years. Change your mind set.

Another thing that is stopping you from gaining is excessive masturbation. It makes you give up on PE most times and you also take too many off days.
