OK, I've done a search but did not find anything related to this.
I came up with this exercise (idea) a few weeks ago, and have been practicing and getting the feel for it. I'm sure it already exists but under a name that I am not familiar with. I will call them "flaccid bends" for now.
Normal warm up and some light stretching.
Keep the penis completely flaccid.
Bend or fold the shaft over completely, with one hand and squeeze.
Do this all over the shaft, top to bottom, up and down, every angle and
squeeze.
Hold each squeeze for 5 to 10 seconds.
Total time spent about 10 minutes.
Then jelq as usual with tradition semi-erect squeezes.

These flaccid squeeze and holds really expand the shaft in the localized squeeze area. Different effect from Uli type semi-erect squeezing.
It seems that when squeezing flaccid the tissues are much more pliable and expandable. When erect the penis tissues seem to resist the expansion somewhat.
Is anyone familiar with what I'm talking about?

Thank's for the replies. Does anyone here think there could be any productivty from doing flaccid bends? Could there be any damage from folding your penis over and sqeezing hard? It does'nt hurt and really makes veins bulge and it seems to stretch the tissues in a different way than when my penis is pumped and straight.
 
Sounds like it has potential. I will give it a try in tonight's workout and give you my feeling on it. Are you thinking of this as more of a warm-up or preparation for girth work?
 
I do them after warming up but before the heavy work, while I'm still flaccid. I'm thinkin' supplemental girth and width. If my grip is just right when I "fold" my penis and squeeze it causes the tissue on the outside of the bend to expand and "balloon" out. I can see the small vessels and capillaries expand and bulge out. High pressure in a localized area of the penis, so I do them all over my penis for even work.
 
Did anyone ever try these out as part of a routine? I've used it with some success to get light pump before sex. I'ts nice because it's quick and it doesn't cause me any fatigue.
 
I've been using them for a month or so now as a warm up to constriction work. Ten minutes of gentle bends gives is as good as any heat pad/rice sock etc.
