Hi I Joined this forum two weeks ago. I did a measure then got 5.8" lenght and 5.3" girth. This is NBP and measured above the penis. When BP measured on the side of the penis I have seen up to an inch more. But I think thats not the real lenght because you dont use it. Offcourse it would be cooler to say that you got 6.8" insted of 5.8" but hey Im just doing this for my self. Im quite tall 6.4 feet so I think a 8" in would look much better with my body. My goal is 8" lenght and maby 6.5" girth.

Then I added into the stretch routine the stretch over the arm. I think you call it A-stretch? When I do the straight up I also do some kegel squeezes. I Jelqed maby 30min during the first days. Now I gone up to an hour. I change technics during the time. Some with the both hands. Then harder with one hand and some when its more flaccid I hold for 30s stretched. When I do the hard ones with one hand I kegel to get blood when I reach for the root. I also added the Hotwrap between stretch and jelq. Most times when I take a leak during the day I do one set of the stretch routine.
I didnt know what to expect but just during the first days I saw a big difference that motivated me. Decided not to measure before two weeks had gone. Now it has and there was even more then I expected. I think you gain easy in the beginning. One big reason is the the PC is so much stronger now. I get so much harder. Well I measured it 3 times and got 6.2" in lenght. Thats a gain on 0.4" and the girth I measured 5.5" thats a gain on 0.2". I think this is fantastic. And Im very motivated to continue.
A question. I gained 0.4" on the lenght but half of it on the girth. Is this normal that you gain the double on the lenght?
