I need to know am i going to a right direction.I do a modification of ULIs,something that is more similar to clamping.I Jelq for a 15 min.Just like DLD said ,slow and very intense,every stroke lasts around 4-5 sec in erect or very near erect state.Afterwards i mesure girth,and if its 0.5 inch bigger than preexercising, i take tape(one used when painting cars for protection of not to paint parts,white colored)and tape around base very tight so to use it like a clamp.Then doing ULIs .Grabing at a base but trying to grab the shaft even closer to the pubic bone then the taped part,and push the ok grip upwards the glans..I have an outstanding engorgment(expansion).When erection is sustained,then i put the penis on the desk and press with a book ,hold it there for a minute,or so.I do this 3-4 times.After that i try to do ULI,but now i grab the glans and with it i do like helicopter movements,in grate engorged state,i guess this looks like erect bands.At all time i kegel to sustain erection,and shake it up and down when i start lo loose one.ULI part last 30 seconds each.
My question is,thou i do this every day ,even twice(on some days instead of second session i do some hard Jelqs for 15 min.).My penis is always bigger than i assume is normal for me,he has no chance(time)to get back to previous state.Is this healthy,will something bad happen.I dont feel nothing is hurting or pain.Fluid build ups are not grate enough to have donut effect,altough they occur.It is very strange for me i am feeling fear that something could happen,but i dont see what that could be.My penis is just always 0.25 inch bigger then if i wasnt doing exercises.Please calm me down,i am going crazy from this paranoid thoughts!
