I've got a solution that was excellent for myself. I actually started this post because i saw someone ask about it the other day and i cant find it again to answer the guy. When i would jelq, my fat pad would pull way up high in a cone shape, making it difficult and slower for me to get good grips at the base, thus effecting my workouts.

I went and dropped $42 at our local sex to store on a strap on dildo harness. I think it was called universal love rider. It doesnt come with the didlo, just the harness.

It fit me well and kept my fatpad compressed against my body so i was able to get an awesome wet jelq session in!!!

If i knew of a cheaper or home made alternative, i would posted it.....but the $42 will be well worth the erection quality and minor gains from great jelqing.

Isn't it a solution when you jelq to push (with force) you fat pad back so you can grip at the extreme base- at the pubic bone? This might sound somehow simplistic, but that's what I do. I am not fat at all, but this is how I grab it at the extreme base. Another hing that can be done (though, harder to do due to decreased EQ for some men) just lay down on your back, so your fat pad releases a part of your shaft and do it like that- this I have not tried, but sounds like a logical solution to me. :)
 
This just works really well for me. My fat pad would pull 4 inchs up my dick creating a large cone, making it hard to get to the base and really slowing things down. With this strap on device i get excellent, easy and more effecient workout in. maybe because of my weight and tons of water i drink (which makes the skin more elastic) that this isnt really an issue for other folks
 
It is good to hear you found a solution, grape! 4 inches inside is a lot, keep getting the weight down buddy! If you need a diet or workout plan to reduce your fat pad- PM me and I'll help you with what I can- it is what I study and read about :)
 
Thanks, I may have to eventually. At this point I am down 45 lbs from last fall. been steadily losing weight and feeling great. shooting for at least another 35 lbs
 
Slow Squash Jelq solves this issue completely. One hand anchors back the fat pad and clamps down while the upper hand clamps down just below the head and you squash this all together! The best isolated girth exercise available.

I am confused by this and horse squeezes. i get the hand clamping at the bottom, but the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] is it a bend in multiple directions or an in-line compression?

Zam, o upon further review, , 4" fat pat pulling up was a bad guess....it's more like 1.5" now that i pay closer attention

You could just have got rid of the fat.
Get your diet in check and move your body, and you will be amazed how fast the changes will happen.

You will feel much better when your body is healthy.
You would have saved $42.
A fasting diet with high protein, vegetables and low carbohydrate intake is a good start. Don't forget eggs.

I'm doing 20:4 diet, and that have been amazing for me.
