I have taken the past 2 days completely off. Today I wore my ADH setup which rarely pulls over 5 lbs worth of weight/tension, just for an hour. When I worked out earlier I wore my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for the 90 minutes I was lifting. Even after cutting out so much from my prior routine, even to the point of doing nothing for days, my penis feels like it's exploding from the core. It's a definite fatigue feeling. It feels like the septum or something is just really inflamed, as I can also feel my tunica on the outside of my CC chambers (especially the right side) feel like they're just expanding/healing all the time.

Now, I know I need to cut back for real, but the question is, how much should I cut back? I want to time it perfectly so that I don't lose any potential gains in my "healing" process. I'm guessing giving my penis a very light routine for the next month will let it heal and gains will just jump out once the tissues of my penis are all healed?

I'm torn between just doing a pure deconditioning phase or doing a much lighter routine. Even doing 3 sets of 10 squeezes total throughout the day was fatiguing the hell out of my chambers. It's like I'm a newbie again or something. Maybe this is a good thing?

It'd be very hard for me to leave my penis alone for a month. I'm pretty used to doing something with my penis. I really need some help here guys!
 
Look, i think just keep it going but tone it down a bit (when your penis is erect its the best time for healing) , when you're comfortable again, give it hell - really push it. Alternate between very hard pe periods, and lighter pe periods for maintenance and healing of the heavy work.

I have been doing some ballooning and edging stuff, as it feels like it is getting repaired better when it is erect. I'm thinking of incorporating some light pumping.
 
I think that light pumping in combination with one light set or two (as dictated by fatigue) of hanging (in order to constantly 'pull' crenellations) would be how I would approach the situation. Moreover, sans pumping, this is probably what someone such as Bib would recommend considering his various writings on the topic of fatigue.
 
I think in order to expand our penis' we must also expand our intake of certain chemical to facilitate this growth. It's possible that your body is spent if you were doing more demanding Penis Enlargement or eat more unhealthily. I would try restoring the various systems taxed by Penis Enlargement and stop for about 3-4 days while thats going on. Take some GLA; it facilitates cellular stretching and clears up inflammation. Evening Primrose, Borage, Hemp and Blackcurrant oils all contain it. Nitric Oxide will clear out arterial plaque. Your body will make that from L-Arginine, Ornithin and Citruline.

I'm taking some of these supplements daily. Also, I wonder if hemp smoke gets similar ingredients into the system. It feels therapeutic to allow THC into my system, like it repairs the smooth muscle and such. One of the supplements I'm taking can be found here: Men's Virility Power, 120 Capsules

I take at least three of those pills daily. I've never heard of GLA, any good sources you know of for that? Thanks.

Also, I'm taking a month decon break. My penis is STILL quite fatigued all day, even though I haven't Penis Enlargement'd in almost a week. Hopefully after three more it'll be close to normal.
 
Anything containing those oils I mentioned. GLA is fatty acid Omega-6. That should help sorry I didn't mention before.

Stop taking that NOW crap. most of that stuff is for hormones and semen production both of which you have in spades! not to mention it is bad to take anything above recommended doses. I really doubt anything in that helps much with Penis Enlargement anyway. Stop smoking weed too. That is also counter productive concerning Penis Enlargement and just bad for you anyway especially at this age. I have a feeling your problem isn't solely from Penis Enlargement.

I need to get some protein. But other than that, that's all I'm taking as far as supplements are concerned.
 
Well I guess it should follow that I do a memo on my deconditioning here to let others know what is going on with my progress. My flaccid is significantly larger than it was before I got on the deconditioning break. It still feels like it is "repairing" most of the day. Sometimes it'll get to where it is irritating and a little bit painful, but still somewhat tolerable. I have seen how people describe having priapism. They say it gets progressively worse, and it often feels like the internal chambers are exploding. I must say, their accounts sound similar to how mine sometimes feels for hours when it is SOFT! If the feeling gets bad enough then I will usually smoke some cannabis in order to open the vascular system and to relieve mild pain. It helps get my mind off of it if it's taking up too much of my attention.

I haven't measured yet but I'm guessing my erections on average right now are 7.5 x 5.5. I'm going to be really pissed if after a month or two the size doesn't come back from healing. Honestly, I worked my fucking ass off to get a much bigger size and it has stunted me so badly. It looks like a totally different penis now when I get hard. I'm REALLY hoping that it'll grow back to at least the size that it was, if not bigger, which it should. This might be the most frustrating thing that has happened in my life!
 
Yea, I have not experienced fatigue like this myself. When i would quit hanging, the fatigue would fade as the days went by. Wish I could be more helpful. Is there pain? Weaker erections?? If not, why stop?

Well, my erections seem just as hard as normal. However, whenever I get an erection I get that internal chamber feeling of expansion. There is still some pain at different times in the day, although I wouldn't call it pain like muscle spasms. It just feels like I've been wearing a cockring for hours and my penis is exploding. I kept using the "don't stop" attitude for months and it has just ended with me getting smaller and smaller. I just measured also, I'm 7.5 nbp (8 bp) x 5.5 mseg. Good God. I know I shouldn't be bitching about that size but I've lost .5" in both directions man! Funny how trying to get too much length can make it impossible for you to even work girth. Hah.
 
Well, I was reading at Thunders and I have once again considered getting something during my decon. It seems that tadalafil (liquid C) keeps the penis in a quite big and heavy flaccid state all day, for multiple days. I was thinking about ordering this in order to help repair my penis from the damage it has taken. I just edged for over 2 hours straight and my penis feels pretty repaired after this session. It seems whenever I have a thick hang or erect my penis tissue is getting repaired. I'm not planning on using it for sexual purposes as I can get an erection fine as long as I don't get too nervous.
