I think I just use it a lot. And I try to always have it in the yellow. The sleeves work perfectly for about 2 or 3 weeks then they slowly start to lose their stiffness causing loss of suction. Not complete loss or anything, I'm just always having to readjust and repump to draw my head back firmly inside the bell.
