hey all, i am a pretty new member to this site, but have been pe ing about a year and a half. anyway, the title pretty much says it all, i been experimenting with base stretches, expressive stretching and thought,"Why not expressive JELQING? Basically, its a dry jelq halfway up the shaft starting with the standard ok grip but BEHIND THE BALLS as i feel this works the inner penis behind the balls underneath as well as forces an extreme base grip at the pelvis. i feel this works to melt away the fat pad a little around the base of the penis as well as train the base. and ive gained a little over 1/8th an inch NBPenis EnlargementL in just a few days adding these about ten minutes a day! cheers!
 
semantics. :p "melt" is the best way to describe it, it seems like all this pullin and handling of the penis base has made my fat pad smaller as it has crept up the shaft a little, aa well as become more soft i guess you could say. but hey, who am i to argue with results? ; )

Could call them ''Behind the testicle jelqing''.

Your essentially jelqing the inner penis behind the balls right? just gripping it as best you can from near the anus and milking towards the start of the testes and than repeating?

thanks red. yeah, basically start as far back as you can except you jelq the balls forward as well. of course, you don't over stretch the ball tendons to the point of pain, but you do milk the whole package forward. for me, i can go about half way up my shaft before my ball strings stop, you know what i mean? hey, i think these may be good for a lower ball hang as well. cheers!

Gotcha and now I see how powerful this could be. Going down like you say until you feel the ball tendons or whatever is pullin back.

Its the firstime I've done Expresive Jelqs and I got the hang of them quickly. I was jelqing that inner penis from near my Anus towards and into my external penis. hey red, im glad you like the excercise! I forgot to add i use a standard ok grip and my index finger doesn't wrap all the way around my sack, but the main thing is my index milks the bottom and my thumb the top of the shaft. I am thinking this grip allows the thumb to train the top of the inner penis much farther than a standard dry jelq, and it is for sure having a positive effect on my bases ' definition. sorry fo the word jumble im on a touch phone. i love this exercise!

Much unknown, underused, underrated exercise. Its only recently with me doing these that I take note of the potential in them, but needing to take it further I will keep thinking of ways to advance it.
 
The basic jelquing motion actually stretches the penis if you stop and think i bet lot of guys gained some good lenght with it , i gained lenght with jelquing and very poor girth
 
I’m glad somebody bumped this it’s a very good exercise and one that can be used to gain Serious expressive gains while still training girth. It will be good to have somebody test it out for a month or two and give us a good review.
 
I like all expressI’ve exercises because I know how valuable they are now. This is a great exercise that takes advantage of creating girth while expressing more internal penis

Yes indeed I remember behind the ball joking. Are used other ways to express internal penis but this exercise is also great at doing the same. In order for an exercise to be an expressive exercise is usually at a low point where you attach or grip your penis. So any low shaft stretches are called expressive. The best possible way to do express of stretching is using the LM.

Does the mandingo stretch feels like expressive stretching? Since it's pulling the penis from the base?

Yes anything that is down towards the base of the penis is considered expressive.
 
Wow, all these bumps lately I bring back some serious memories. I truly hope people read things and get as much as I can out of it.

This seems to be a very good exercise to give a try.
