I've been reading around the site and came across talk of exhaustion and length work. How does one achieve this state? How does one know that he is in this state? What should you do in this state?
 
well firstly i barely feel exhausted after my length work. The way it can happen is your hands or erection quality and emotional quality. If you feel any pain or discomfort that is one sign . if you feel any kind of shrinkage more than normally , stiffness, tingling then those are signs of exhaustion for me.
It is good to train during exhaustion times but also there is a very fine line between training and overtraining.
 
I believe you're talking about fatigue of the pelvic floor muscles. Kegaling like it will save your life is the best way to get that done. Just don't kegal for fatigue on days where you're planning on sex. I made that mistake and it took me a bit more to get things going.
 
Exhaustion can be achieved 2 ways, first through the use of excessive kegels doing as many as you can until you become too weak to do more. The 2nd way is masturbation, right after you get off your penis will be in a natural state of exhaustion. A good length exercise to use that employs gaining due to exhaustion is DLD Blasters, this is the exercise where this type of stretching was first introduced. The same theory that applies to DLD Blasters can be used with any stretching exercise.
 
I dont know if i have this but i have been doing heavy length work and now i cant hold an erection since 4 days
I have not trained these days only a few jelq to see if i get a good eq again but nothing i have also tryed edging
Is this a good state to gain or should i take a break ?
Last time i had this it only took me two days to get 100% eq again then i measured and i had actually gained but now its been 4 days ...
 
well from what i remember from a DLD's video on youtube....he said if your erection quality is down and you are exhausted ...it is the best time to do your length workout as it speeds up the break down process of tissues as they are already vulnerable right now.
After sometime in future when you focus on kegels and girth workout ,then your EQ should be back also.....in fact begin kegels now if you havent been regular with them or done them....

To avoid exhaustion, off days of 1 or 2 a week is recommended. I take two days off every week. I feel energized whenever I resume training.
