I've been reading around the site and came across talk of exhaustion and length work. How does one achieve this state? How does one know that he is in this state? What should you do in this state?

well firstly i barely feel exhausted after my length work. The way it can happen is your hands or erection quality and emotional quality. If you feel any pain or discomfort that is one sign . if you feel any kind of shrinkage more than normally , stiffness, tingling then those are signs of exhaustion for me.
It is good to train during exhaustion times but also there is a very fine line between training and overtraining.
3 days on, and 1 day off can also work.I think a day off per week is smart.
