Ok guys, I have a problem. I have been whacking it for awhile, and I have a gf, but I can't get my erection to be super-hard all the time and I think it could be because I look at adult entertainment so much and I still whack off even when its not that hard and I've conditioned my body to not get that hard as it does sometimes because it will still get to cum, but it takes a toll because a few times, I couldn't keep my erection when I was fooling around with my girl and if she doesnt keep giving me head or touching me, I can't keep it hard enough to put on a condom. I was wondering if anyone has run into these problems and could help me. Thanks, this is really messing me up because now I am comfortable with my gf and shes on the pill so I don't have to deal with these problems but since we just brokeup, I don't want to be fucked with the next girl I sleep with. I'm young, I shouldn't be having these problems. I think that its adult entertainment/masturbation related but I need help. Relax with all the masturbation. I used to do it a lot too. Im not a doc. but you're probably causing to much testos. to leave the body which is probably why u have weak erections. Cut back about once a week, then after about 3 weeks do it only once every 2 weeks, continuing do it like that until ya all good down there and do the jelq's everyday too.

*The more u masturbate the less gains you will see* I just stopped doing it after i read about that
 
The adult entertainment can definitely take away from the sex, I've seen in past experience. Don't whack you're bag as often. :hammer: Try to lay off of it some.
 
I can understand whacking daily and causing ur member to become fatigued and not get up but how does watching too much adult entertainment affect ones erection. If anything the most it would do is desensitize you.

Once there is real touching and stuff how would adult entertainment affect this. When you watch adult entertainment do you become desensitized to touch or just visual?
 
adult entertainment could still mess with it because after watching all kinds of adult entertainment online no longer does a regular girl make you hard like those pornos would. and about the weak erections, just stop wacking off for like 1 month or somethin, yea its super hard, but just do it, and then youll be fine forever. remember, the first like 14 year of ur life u didnt jack off so like 1 month isnt impossible. haha. trust me just do it.... maaaaybe just 1x that month. but yea somethin like that

True on the first part as I've never tried the second lol. However if you are sleeping with a women for the first time chances are she wants it done in the darkness or closer to.

If that is the case, you dont really see her anyways so comparing her body to adult entertainment is irrellevant. All you have is sounds and touch which should be more than enough to keep going.

If done in the light, staring at urself going in and out of her and you should be good to go as well.

I have the *exact* same problem, and i also believe it is because of watching adult entertainment and being conditioned to orgasm without becoming fully erect.... or just the fact that we've conditioned our penis to become aroused only thru physical stroking and not giving the penis time to become aroused by-itself thru visualization.

Anyways, I tried edging once and the next day *boom* i got a hard erection out of nowhere (without any manual stimulation)! Now, i haven't done this much, because i'm a newbie and i'm just spending my free time on Penis Enlargement first. But i definitely believe that edging will recondition your penis back to "normal".

btw- this is my first post ever, and i hope it will help you (and others). i know this condition is very damaging to our confidence. so try to replace *all* your masturbation sessions, with edging!

Once I started working on fixing my deflated CS erections became MUCH stronger and I stayed harder without stimulation.

I'm still seeing results everyday from working on my CS, which controls head size.

The "rod" on the underside of the penis. It is what inflates the head and the urethra is in it. Mine has always been "deflated", even when I was rock hard. I'm tired of seeing all these guys, including adult entertainment stars, with massive CS chambers, so I decided to do something about it.

I do a special type of jelq where I only use my index fingers and my thumbs. All I do is put my index fingers on the back side of my penis, squeeze/press them against the CS, and use my thumbs on the top side of my penis for support to push back on. Also, doing Ulis and Horse 440s can really help. Also, jelqing with a backwards twist can target that area. Just play around with your cock, you'll definitely feel it.

People need to learn the art of freestyling their jelqs.
