Are erect strecth gains cemented as you do them? And do they improve erection quality?
 
erect stretch gains will cement if you remain consistent with them for a while.....the stretches will give u gain but the time spent on them will make it permament
no it wont improve erection quality but kegels , jelqs, good diet , good blood circulation will ....
 
For example what about if dont want to gain anymore then my bone pressed stretched flaccid. And i just want my bpel to become like my bpsf. Which is only half an inch more. Will those gains become permanent?

be consistent till you get that size ....once you get it....gain like have a inch more than what you want to cement the gains you have got
 
The idea is to first get .5" past your goal. Once at goal continue doing erect stretches for about 60 days, this should be enough to cement and quit training. I always put forth the idea that you can also just keep training, at a much lower level and frequency, for the rest of your life. This will cement gains and will keep you in great sexual health.

Definitely. This is what I practice when not actively looking for gains....mainly to keep penile health good.

I will always pump once in a week once I get to 7 inches mid shaft. I know there would be times when I will meet a lady who will take my 7 inches girth comfortably.

For such ladies, I will come back for a rematch and this time, I will come with the temporary expansion gotten from the 2.75 Mityvac pump which would put me at at about 7.5 inches or more. PE is life.
