The idea is to first get .5" past your goal. Once at goal continue doing erect stretches for about 60 days, this should be enough to cement and quit training. I always put forth the idea that you can also just keep training, at a much lower level and frequency, for the rest of your life. This will cement gains and will keep you in great sexual health.

Once you have cemented the gains, do you need to keep your penis in an elongation wrap, to not lose gains?
