So...for almost a year now I've been doing PE. I've noticed edging is super difficult for me immediately after my workouts. I can't go very long at all...or if I can I'm constantly at a start stop pace.
Within the past 3 months I've really been trying to increase my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] to an hour with the wife. I'm not there....but sure is fun practicing.
I don't want to train my nervous system to be so delicate and I worry training after my workouts is counterproductive to my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] goal.
On a cellular level I'm worried I'm creating neuronal cells and associated synapses to "fire" too early during the edging process....partly because they have already been depolarizer during the 20-30 minute PE session.
My question is......does anyone else edge immediately after a PE session? And if so.....are most more or less sensitive?
Thanks.
