Hey guys, sorry if I missed somewhere in the threads, but I have searched this topic quite a bit lately and could not find too much consensus on the subject.
So I have a busy day because of college classes and work but I am very dedicated to doing PE
I have for the past week starting doing a simple routine of five days on, two days off. I just work my dick mon-fri and take the weekend off
But what I have done is jump in the shower and warm up the wiener and let it get loose and kinda hard. When I'm around 60-70% I begin to do 100 slow jelqs. roughly 6-7 seconds per hand so it takes a while. I try to maintain relatively hard because I am mostly going for girth gains, not too interested in length though it would be nice. Then after the first slow 100 jelqs I do 100-150 more jelqs but I do these somewhat quickly, maybe 2-3 seconds per hand. I do this because it keeps me harder and thus trapping the blood better and taking advantage of the stretched skin from the first 100 jelqs. But that is about it. I may do more when I have time and feel like it. But I'm really wondering if this will help my growth goals. I am almost solely interested in girth gains as I am just under 5" girth wise while I'm 7" in length. So even getting to 5.25" girth would be awesome. I wanted to know from you guys if this routine can get me the gains I am looking for. My cock hangs low and is very veiny after these sessions. Also, my erections, even random ones have been ridiculously strong.
So what do y'all think?
