Hey guys, sorry if I missed somewhere in the threads, but I have searched this topic quite a bit lately and could not find too much consensus on the subject.

So I have a busy day because of college classes and work but I am very dedicated to doing PE

I have for the past week starting doing a simple routine of five days on, two days off. I just work my dick mon-fri and take the weekend off

But what I have done is jump in the shower and warm up the wiener and let it get loose and kinda hard. When I'm around 60-70% I begin to do 100 slow jelqs. roughly 6-7 seconds per hand so it takes a while. I try to maintain relatively hard because I am mostly going for girth gains, not too interested in length though it would be nice. Then after the first slow 100 jelqs I do 100-150 more jelqs but I do these somewhat quickly, maybe 2-3 seconds per hand. I do this because it keeps me harder and thus trapping the blood better and taking advantage of the stretched skin from the first 100 jelqs. But that is about it. I may do more when I have time and feel like it. But I'm really wondering if this will help my growth goals. I am almost solely interested in girth gains as I am just under 5" girth wise while I'm 7" in length. So even getting to 5.25" girth would be awesome. I wanted to know from you guys if this routine can get me the gains I am looking for. My cock hangs low and is very veiny after these sessions. Also, my erections, even random ones have been ridiculously strong.

So what do y'all think?
 
No one can say whether it will make you grow or not because everyone is different. But in my opinion, you should do more than just 200 jelqs. At least throw in 30 minutes of stretching on top of the jelqs. That would be ok to get you started.

True, jelqing alone will bring minimal gains in length so including some stretching is important to gaining length. If time is an issue become creative in your methods. Bathroom breaks are a great time to stretch multiple times a day. Stretching while watching TV under the covers is another way to get stretching time in. In all cases men will need to carve out time to get in the necessary exercises to gain, it is all about how important those gains are to you. The more you want it, the more time you will find.
 
I use most of my time watching TV or reading to get some stretching. That's how I've managed to do so many hours of manual stretches over the last few days.

Ya everyone is different. So unfortunately we can't give you an exact yes or no or exact amount you will gain in whatever time frame. Jelqing has never done much for me.

I read something where it was scientifically proven you could gain penis size from just jelqing but it took a year to achieve decent results
 
I'm sure you can make gains from just jelqs. In my early days, my first PE tutorial just said to do a bunch of different jelqs. However, this is far from efficient.

Most definitely gains can be made with jelqing alone but with all the other ways to speed the process it would be a shame to take a blind eye.

Just get yourself a mityvac. Go hard on your PE goals and get to your dream size within 12 months.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
