Yes is the turtling I get when I lift, because the muscles need blood and you get the blood out from places your body doesn't need it (like the penis) and sends it to the muscles where it is in a big need. I always get huge turtling while doing aerobic or anaerobic physical activity.

No is because lifting increases you HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and Testosterone, which are vital to the process of growth. That's just my 2 cents, and my own opinion, I hope I was helpful :)
 
rov, like Zam said they just help you even more because of the increased hormonal activity. Plus just so you can have even more test go get a ROP, best investement brother.

Hell no, why would it shrink your package it has nothing to do with that, you may get some shrinkage while
exercising and after for a bit but it'll go back normal always!
especially if your doing a routine with some stretching then your fine.
guys get to worked up over these things, there are so many factors why you might have shrinkage even eq problems, things like ... overtraining, temperature , not wearing socks on a cold floor, being tired, too much caffeine, working out, cardio, to much intensity...etc.

I turtle like a mother fucker when I lift. But me and about 5 other guys on the forum actually spend enuff time in the gym where its a proplem. The actual lifting and hypertrophy will have nothing to do with it. I uncle "gym" wrap it up if I am doing length days or if I know I am going to be in they gym for 2.5 hrs.
 
Like others, I've had moderate turtling after working out, but Uncle "Gym" Wrap put and end to my turtling. Deadlifts, shrugs and rows might need some adjusting, but you'll be o.k.

I think it's also a protective measure, natural response to so much activity.

My penis turtles and my balls retract up severely. Couple hours later I'm all good. In fact I often pump in the shower at gym. I do have to make an effort to grab balls and pull away when I insert into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] tube... but no biggy. With cockring my penis gets 110% erect in shower not 5 minutes after workout.

I have a hard time with deads and a Jim's wrap. My package is too out front and I drag the bar up it and it is really awkward. Your thoughts?
 
Well kind of, if you weight lift without doing penis enlargement your body will get bigger and you penis will remain the same thus you will look smaller.

However, looking smaller doesn't mean it IS actually smaller. It's just a matter of proportions. She'll feel the length anyway. This being said, keep in mind all the other responses in this thread, as the other guys have pretty much covered the subject in enough detail. :)

The turtling is only temporary, maybe for an hour or two. I won't let that bother me. Weight lifting doesn't reduce the size of the penis.
