You can trace my first post proposing erect work on the old PEforums back in 2002, this is when I proposed DLD Erect Bends and Erect Jelqing, I was attacked for even mentioning that on the forums. Not to seem egotistical but 90% of the exercises that are out there came from me or men on my board. Other forums try to take the exercises and rename them but history is history, every exercise I have created carries a date when it was created.

But I just kept at it, and now I have no fear at all, and the uncomfortable feeling with staying clamped down in the chamber, is minimal at this point.
