Does anybody else have the same issue ? (pictures)

When I pee I pull out my unit I am not trying to pull my scrotum skin out at all. Nevertheless some scrotal skin goes out (picture). Does anybody else have the same issue or is it just me?
I have been doing PE for 5 years, I did not have this issue before starting PE. Does anybody have the same issue ? Here is an alternative link to the image View image: Picture 312

Here is my penis in an erect state. Does it still look like it has penoscrotal webbing ? I don't think so. - View image: Picture 329

well turkey neck is called penescrotal webbing......and i dont think you have it....but i think when ur in warm temperature and when your skin is all loose ...then you can see that u have a turkey neck......
BUT turkey neck is the LEAST you should be worried about...YOU NEED SIZE BRO.....
also my turkey is waaaaay more severe.....
and to avoid use one hand at base to prevent skin from stretching

also start working out cuz u have a huge fat pad....fat pad is there on fat poeple ....

How did you get this amount of turkey neck? Even while you are erect it still looks uncut to me.

Where do you see turkey neck when my penis is erect? Turkey neck happens when in erect penis there is loose skin I have none. + My penis is not circumcised I have no idea what you mean by "it looks uncut to me" - It is uncut!

You contradicted yourself here, I either HAVE TN or I DO NOT HAVE TN. I am not trying to be agressive here. I have been to the 3 different urologist and they said they see nothing out of ordinary. I guess in my case whether I have or not Turkey Neck is unclear because it can be observed only when flaccid, when erect it is as if TN disappears but what happens when erect is that that TN adjusts in the underside of the penis. Here is a photo proof that scrotum is riding high my shaft View image: Picture 286

This is how I performed my PE: I rolled down my foreskin and grabbed by the glans with one hand and held the skin with the other hand at the base and then pulled the glans up, right, left (like on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) it does not help along with the tunica growth the scrotum moves up the shaft.

In your erect picture I am not seeing Turkey Neck, when flaccid it is visible. I would not worry on this since it is not present while erect. A good thing to remember on TN is that if you are prone to it be sure to use one hand to anchor the stretch at the base of your penis while the other hand stretches, this will prevent further TN. To get rid of TN try using the Testicle Health Stretch And Massage found in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. This stretch helps to separate the skin on your penis from the skin on your scrotum.

I can't see the photo but I know what he is talking about. I have turkey neck too but mine is only visible when I'm flaccid, like very flaccid in a shrinked way
