I just clamped for like 17 minutes (until i couldn't take any more) and for the 1st time, i got a bunch of tiny dots every where. i've had a few before, even managed to break the skin once or twice because there was so much blood. i was just wondering if my penis would ever become conditioned to this and stop getting dots and all that mess. i don't mind the darkening, but i don't want a polka dot dick lol
 
oh yea, and i've got a solid line where it gets a lot darker. it's about a quarter of the way down. i'm guessing it's since i spend most of my clamping time doing Uli's and i can't get the entire penis, so just the top 3/4 gets all the blood
 
The dots will stops its just capillaries bursting due to the pressure. They will be rebuilt. But it is a vital part in girth gains because those dots also represent areas where new skin tissue is to be be made. And with more tissue more dick can be held.

About the discoloration... Think of discoloration in this light... is just bruising. When you get hit or tissue takes damage the damaged tissue dies. The discoloration of a bruise is actually and influx of blood into the area to heal the damaged area faster. The tissues that were damaged are replaced by a increased amount of tissue that are stronger and more abundant. This is why it is good to take decon breaks because the building up and breaking down of tissues makes them stronger and more resistent to the internal forces we apply to them. The discoloration isn't a problem as long as it doesn't stay for a prolonged period of time. As long as you're doing warm ups and cool downs you should be fine. If its really bothering you just take increase amount of warm ups u do. Even if not Penis Enlargementing just introduce heat into the situation. Blood will flow better increase speed of healing while decreasing time that the discoloration will last.

i guess i should start taking showers before clamping because i've never done warm ups for any Penis Enlargement i did except in the very beginning like 2-3 years ago
 
When I do warm ups my expansion is greater and lasts longer. And the cool downs hold me all day long. This little 10 mins makes a huge difference to me at least.

yeah red dots are besicly a good sign.. but can you still train girth if the dots are still there? does it need to disappear, to heal completely first?

Work through it, over time they will happen less and less.

I checked out the leech oil too but the price was the inhibitor. I dont have the cash either dmoney so what I do is just use baby lotion on my lil guy every couple hours. It helps keep the flaccid hanging and my skin the healthy. Also helps heal bruising n whatnot.

Yea i read on one of DLD's post about how warm ups and cool downs were important so I don't short change this part of my Penis Enlargement routine.

A warm-up can be as quick as 3 minutes in a warm wash cloth. You can also just shower or bath and that will be fine too.

ok good. the only warm up i ever do is a shower. i thought they were supposed to be longer though. i heard 15 minutes in the wash cloth, that's why i never bothered
 
There was a recent thread on Th*nd3rs Pl@ce (those rat bastards) something like 'moist heat is secret ingredient'. and I think heat is very important. Three things make me think that:

1) A man by the name of 17ml who regularly took very long hot baths several times a day with Penis Enlargement made insane gains. I mean insane. Guy practically lived in the bathtub. At least an inch each in both length and girth in a very short time with the photos to prove it. I think heating throughout sessions and throughout the day can only help.

2) The rat tail study where they found that rat tails when heated and stretched increased in size whereas stretching without heat did not. There was also a discussion about keeping the penis in a stretched state while you 'cooled down', either during and after warm down or cool down.

3) A thread I read here in the Alternative Penis Enlargement section (brilliant and fascinated section. I still think there is much to be said and discovered in the world of Penis Enlargement) that talked about repeatedly exposing the penis to high heat and then cold temperatures. This is really interesting to me.

I wonder about the merit of cool-downs. Much has been said about it and there are proponents on both sides. I wish there were a more organized study of all us Penis Enlargement-ers about that along with many other studies and statistics we could produce with the mass of our information.

I've recently begun re-heating throughout my Penis Enlargement sessions, probably once every 3-5 minutes. Constant heat in the shower or by IR Lamp would obviously be better in my opinion. I fill a cylindrical skinny glass with hot water and dip my penis into it. It usually spills over onto the carpet but its only water. And obviously, because of my belief that heat is extremely important, I think the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is just incredible and brings Penis Enlargement to another level. I don't have one yet, but damn do I want one, and plan onto purchasing one in the near future.

I find that the more heat I use, the less likely I am to have red dots. The dots don't bother me and I think a small amount can actually be a good sign. Too much of anything is a bad thing but just enough red dots I think shows that you are not undertraining and shows you are pushing it well. Sort of like bodybuilders at the end of a set, going for that last hard extra long push. Some say that's the one that makes the biggest difference.

if i lived alone, i'd definitely do more of a warm up. i just don't have the time or privacy to be able to do all that. i will start trying to do more of one though before i clamp

Just be sure to stretch stuff out lightly first, this will be a sufficient warm up.
