I've read in several places that you ought to be doing kegels to see gains. Since I read this I began doing kegels frequently and this is around the same time I began seeing gains. Scientifically, though, I can't understand this. If we are just stretching the tunica and ligaments then how would flexing a muscle have any effect on this? It's not just the effect of a larger penis through bigger erections either, because my bpfs has increased as well. Anyone have any insight?
