This exercise is extremly effective. After trying and finally figure it out I have to say it is at least as effective as the original blasters. Thanks DLD!!!
 
This is a rare where I can't comprehend an exercise, but can you explain this one differently again?

Is it something like this, my drawing is preposterous:

The other hand would be pulling glans or below glans over the fingers and down. Or since these are reversed should the thumb be behind urethra base and forefingers over shaft and then pull glans up over the fingers towards belly. Or is completely different? Please explain.

No, the wrist would lay at the top of the penis while the stretch would go against it. It is just like the A-Stretch but with the arm above the shaft opposed to below.
