Hey my friend you help me very much for Phase 1.I was gaining like a maniac from that phase.Thank you,but pls tell me what to do now.I am on Phase 2 now,and i am doing Dld blaster.I now and i feel that the exercise is master-piece(and i feel the theory to.)I feel i can gain alot,but where are the gains?I am maybe 2 weeks on this phase,and i am not gaining.Why?50 blasters is a solid,but after some time a will double up for sure.What do u thinking?What should i do?

Are you following them exactly? I mean, it is very important, during the reverse kegel portion, to really increase the stretch big time. It is during this part of the exercise that gains are made.
 
Aha.What should i do when i am doing kegel?should i do just a light or strong strech??aha.Should i do strong(with much force)streching when i do the reverse?or just to foll the technic?

The stretch should be strong all the way through but when you engage the reverse kegel the penis automatically gives slack to allow for further stretch. WHen you feel this "slck" stretch to your furthest position.

If you are not gaining using Phase 1 we need to evaluate how you are training. Can you give us a good idea of what you are doing at the moment and we can advise based on that. I am not special and I gained 2" using the Phase 1 routine. It could be a question of form, time or intensity.
 
i stretch to teh point where it doesn't hurt. but i stretch for 40 seconds instead of 30 like you said also i got 30 cranks. I thought this would be more intense and better fro me. How long did it take you to gain your 2 inches? I'm doing blasters right now. I might consider going back to phase 1 if I'm doing things wrong =/ O yea btw when i stretch usually the next day the base of my penis is sore. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad. I thought it was a good thing because just like working out, when you get sore, that means you tore muscle and the muscle will recover and get bigger and stronger. But that's just what i think.
 
Listen my man.From my expirience your penis should be most relax(joging before Phase 1 is great)do a hot warm-up for 15 min.Start again with 2 series(for 1 week)then 3 series.Strech strong("i stretch to teh point where it doesn't hurt")but not so strong.Just feel the strech.You should say i strech a good,strong strech.Do 30 sek.strech and 25 rotations.I think that will help u.Do warm-up if u like also before each seria.And stay month,two,three then you will have a gains.

I made my first 2" in the first 6 months. About 1 month of that was using Blasters and the remainder was spent in basic stretching. Soreness is something you will get in the beginning, it is the "new" exercise that creates this soreness. After a while it will not happen.
