DLD testimony is a quite interesting story how he gained 2 inches in 6 months,He was capable of getting massive following a routine that he invented.Well thats impressive to me.

Wonder how possible it is to gain 3 inches whitin a year wouldnt it be amazing..:O


Going from 8 to ten took him like ten years,Dont think he took days off or took long breaks.

Anyone can do what I did, they only need two things, belief and discipline. Gaining an inch or 5 inches contains the same ingredients, belief and discipline.

Belief and Discipline, i have a hard time believing,because i do enjoy my sessions a lot,id say im 85%disciplined lol

i've been reading this forum for quite some time now and i do excercises about 2/3 times a week.. but i dont see any results whatsoever.

I have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and try to strecht a lot.

pretty happy with girth for now, so my goals is to gain 2" to get from 6 to 8 in length.

I see in the 1st message that dld gained 2 inch in half a year.. where can I find the routine and what do you suggest to do to gain length fast.

btw I also have a problem of getting erect while doing my excercise which doenst make it any easier..

please help :P

2-3 times a week will do very little if anything. It is best to follow the basic protocol for training. I suggest you look at two workouts and read through them, they will give you all the direction you need on training, gaining, healing, exercises, tools, etc.

Well, I think 2.5 inches in length with a 1 year period is very possible as long as you use the right devices. I'm currently working on gaining .75 within a 12 months period and I believe I can get that from the expressive stretching and my pumping sessions. I'm very close to 9 inches now, just shy off .75.
