hi.. i'm starting phase two and am trying to figure out how to correctly perform the DLD Double Forced Jelq and Bend. The quicktime videos dont work for me. Can anyone please explain in detail how to do this one?

Essentially, if memory serves correctly, that you use both hands. One hand starts at the base and jelqs toward the head as the opposite hands is then placed at the base and as the other hands reaches the head you roll the penis forward and down. The pressure from the base hand will cause the penis to bend but it traps a large amount of blood between the hands durig the bend. I believe that you perform these in repetition fashion, hand over hand as in regular jelqs. I could never get a rhytHydromax with these back when I first moved up to the second phase. There should be photos of this in the member's area.
 
one last question (and this is for DLD and millionman),

How many months did it take either of you to see noticable results using phase 2? Reason i ask is because as preparation I was doing 30 mins of regular jelqs and about 2 hours using the vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 2-3 months. And while it does look fuller than it would had i not done anything, i'm not really seeing any gains in length. I also stretch it using a fulcrum on and off. It could be that i haven't been doing enough stretching routines and have been concentrating on jelqing too much. Or maybe i'm not doing enough exercises to stimulate growth. Anything is possible. I just wish i could see some gains in length. From time to time, i feel like maybe my johnson is as long as its gonna get. But i dont want to think negatively because i know having a positive mind is extremely important for your gains.

Any advice would be cool. DLD, did you get discouraged from time to time when you were starting out? I know you said you started at around 6+". Did it take you a very long time to break the 2" mark and get it to 7-8"?
 
I have found that forming my hands in a triangle shape(like DDP's signal from wrestling), compressing the "triangle" together, and jelqing upwards is EXTREMELY intense, and it wears out my arms. I can't go over 50 jelqs without resting for a minute or two.

I hear ya man.. i did the 100 double forced and bends + 30 second compressions X 7 and all i can say is.. what a workout. People complained that i had a strong handshake before... I can only imagine what they'll say after i'm on this routine for a few months rofl

Discouragement is what got me to become involved with the Penis Enlargement community. When I was training for my first 6 months (using Phase 1) I made gains of close to 2" in length and, maybe, 1/2" in girth. I was following a program I found online that I greatly modified. According to the man who wrote this program (VERY BASIC) promised gains of 4" in only months. I felt I was failing as I was trainng for 6 months with only 2" to show for it:s

I was so discouraged that I found a forum that dealt strictly with Penis Enlargement. I was blown away by the incredible congregation of men aiming for a mutual goal. The forum was peforums.net ran by a dear friend of mine BigAl. I joined the site and my first post was a cry for help because I had only gained 2 inches! I am sure you can imagine the backlash I received, and it was justified in it's delivery!

This is when I realized I had made gains, with my own routine, that no one had done prior (with proof, anyway). I quickly became appreciative of the gains I had made and even more determined to create more exercises. Back then a good gain was maybe 1" in 4 years...seriously!

Phase 2 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program (http://www.mattersofsize.com) was created after I had become stagnant with gains on my original program. Even more valuable was the exercises I had come up with to beat this plateau. Phase 2 made way for DLD Blasters, DLD Double Forced Jelq and Bend, Super-Sets, Compression Squeezes, and DLD Lazy Ass Stretches. I was on a role and my gains reflected this. I went on to add another 2" in length and a massive gain in girth of almost 2" (more towards PHASE 5)

I never thought things would become as they have, I was only sharing what I learned and becoming happy with the gains others were making with my exercises.

I guess the rest is history. Time is a funny thing and we, as humans, put way too much importance on it. When I thought time was against me with a 2" gain, it was really with me...Understand? Put your mind, heart and physical energy into this and the gains will come, just as they have for thousands of other men. Good Luck!

10inch, I know exactly what you are saying and it is a incredible way to jelq. This is exactly the type of information that others would thrive on. Find a way to make things more intense, more productive but more than anything else, more fruitful in their delivery.

DLD, thanks for the encouragement. Your story gives alot of us newbies hope. I'm not giving up and I will remain positive because I know this program works and the results are real. The money I've spent for this program is probably some of the best money i've ever spent, bar none. thanks man.

DLD, Do you remember what your sets and reps were when you first started using the jelq and bends? I've never been able to get a rhytHydromax with them, got any ideas?
