My wife has issues taking more than 8 inches prior to her having a hysterectomy. However after all the mommy parts were removed and she recovered, she could take dildos that were 12 inches. For a small lady that's 132cm (4ft 6in) tall, yes. For a lady that's around 157cm (5ft 2in), they can have a 6in vaginal canal, and at 12, that's pushing against their diaphram, touching shy of their lower stomach. Remember, the penis doesn't actually go straight up and into the intestinal areas. The vaginal path is skewed slightly forward. That's why the ladies that like massive penises could show the penile penetration in the belly area.
