The Conscrictors are really good. At this rate I am going to hit 9 inches long soon. I feel the growth. I know that I just started but damn. I feel like my "dick" is going to hang as long as my knees. I like the sound of that
 
They are great for both, length and girth not doubt about it. Especially if you stretch after a good clamped session, your FSL WILL be longer, and your penis will be way stretcher! It is a fact!
 
Ok well, lets look at it logically, in an actual fact certain exercises will work different areas better than others, thats pretty obvious. But if your constricting blood and putting pressure on your penis then it WILL gain in length as well as girth as Pressure and force is being exerted on all angles of the penis.

jesus christ, have ya read the guide????? theres like 5 exercises for LENGTH mate, I EXPLAIN IN DETAIL HOW THEY WORK, yes length is hit.
Just cos the penis is filled up doesnt mean its just girth, I gained in length,width and girth with these.

Also we have had a PM over a plan for you useing the clamps, are you still on that or given-up???

I get abit pissed off when peeps ask/say such stupid things, if ya read the guide than ya'll see it AINT just girth worked, this shows that ya aint read it, please go back and re-read it, than post again as the statement ya made is stupid mate, as the guide IF READ will tell you another tale.

Ya bro, the constrictors ROCK!!!

The constricted TOW stretch is the only legnth I do and am seeing awsome gains.. I do those erect though. You feel a good internal stretch throughout the day

The other excercises are awsome too I plan to start my girth routine up again in about a week.
