I don't stay on top of new products, they tend to just pop up anyways.

The expansion is on point. It doesn't happen right away so you won't notice unless you measure each week. You just look one day and say damn that's big lol.
The PF is more for length but it'll help. You should wear a cock ring if your only going for girth. Constant erections or jelqs throughout the day help a lot.
It should do fine with girth work until you get your EQ back.

Have you tried doing PE in the morning and at night?

As long as you are not retaining too much water and there is no pain after I see no reason why twice a day would be an issue. The longer we are in an expanded state the faster that state will solidify or become permanent. There was no [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] when I started so I would get in two girth sessions everyday to cause expansion for longer periods of time. It sounds like you are doing a modern version of this.

For those of us who dont have equipment or the means to get equipment, or for those of us who just really like manuals.
I now we have all the phases, but I'm talking something big. Crazy like you used to do in the beginning when you gained.
For example, I knew you trained everyday, but I never read anywhere that you did two girth sessions a day. That's completely new to me, and I am now going to implement that into my routine.
Anyways, I just thought It would.be huge for the girth movement.

I've just got regular silicone cock rings. I haven't used them in months. Your doing something so that counts as points in my book. You'll get to a point where you want to do more. Don't force it because it'll just upset you. I like to let things flow. I haven't PE'd hard in a week, just a few exercises a day, that's all. I know soon I'll hit it hard again. So, just like water man, go where you flow the easiest.

DLD's CRAZY GIRTH ROUTINE

Preparing for workout:
Bundled Stretches

These should be done before training girth so the Tunica can be pre-stretched. 5 minutes is plenty of time.

For Width
3 sets of Isolated Compression Squeezes
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 60 second count.

3 sets of DLD Bends for Tunica stretching while erect
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand and right below the head with the other hand. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis. Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between the hands in a slinky type movement. This should be done for 30 seconds.

BathMate 5x5x3 Sets to bring full expansion to entire penis
in a 90-100% erect state enter your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]. Pump to full pressure for 5 minutes. After this remove pump and immediately go into 5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs. Now repeat this process 3 times.


This routine should get anyone over a plateau in girth, I hope it helps.

Temporary gains become permeant gains and this happens through continuously expanding beyond your 100% norm. As you gain permanent size new temporary gains will manifest and the process will repeat itself.

This is the truth! In my early days I had gained 2" of length but I just could not see it through my massive fat pad. After I lost all the fat pad I gained an instant visual 2 inches! If you watch the film "The Perfect Penis" you can see just how small my fat pad was.

Agree 100% I was the only normal man in the documentary with the biggest success. I guess they wanted freaky over what really works.

The "only" downside is that probably many guys would never consider PE because of that and think they have to revert to surgery or they are stuck with what they have and cannot change it.
A few weeks ago a friend was asking me why I just don't have surgery to get a bigger dick instead of going "through all that."
I was pretty shocked when I heard that.

Well PE Surgery is a very big risk for a very small reward and the you compare this to Natural PE the risk is very small and the rewards are massive...there is no comparison.

I don't think that there is really any reward in surgery. Girth is just dangerous period with guaranteed side effect and when it comes to length all they do is give a more flaccid hang and then they send you home with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or hanger.
I rather spend the time doing DLD Blasters and other stretches than at the doctor's office or unconscious with my dick exposed, lol.

For himself so when you send one to him he doesn't get it. I read that in a thread from '13/'14 it could be that he changed that.

I use a silicon cock-ring, it is a fixed size but there it came with three sizes to choose from.
I think lightlyfried uses one made from leather.

Exactly it helps with expansion. You usually wear it after a girth session and do some kind of girth work every 1-2 hours to keep the expansion
