Correcting baseball bat shape

I'm new to Penis Enlargement, and I've heard that jelking can cause more girth gains towards the middle and end than at the base, leading to a baseball bat shape. I already have a slight baseball bat shape, and I don't want to make it worse. Is there any way to selectively enlarge the girth of 1st 2-3 inches?

Also, I have a slight curve to the left, so I'm doing corrective bends and jelks already (the curve is in the smaller diameter section). Any chance the corrective jelks and bends will increase the girth in only the targeted section?

A couple of things you can do to make lower shaft and base gains is heavy downward stretching, extending or hanging. Could horse squeezes also help? i read that horse squeezes are also good for curing this look/increasing base girth. And as someone with a baseball bat look, i want it gone.
