I've been around theese forums for some time and never actually posted, so hi! Let me tell you my story.
Some time ago I was looking for solutions for my short frenulum, and came across [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]. Thanks to all the info here, my penis head is now free! I had a log with all the process, but sadly I lost it, otherwise I would post it here. When the frenulum thing was done, I still had all the info on pe but never started a routine, so today is the day. After all the reading, I decided to make a routine something like this:
I'll basicaly start with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], with dry jelqs being 100% erect, and doing reverse kegels while stretching.
Also got rid of tight underwear, and made a wrap with an old sock (lol), for the healing.
Starting at:
BPE: 5.9
EG: 4.7
NBPE: 5.3
BPFS: 5.5
FL: 3.5
FG: 3.7

or in cm
BPE: 15
EG: 12
NBPE: 13.5
BPFS: 14
FL: 9
FG: 9.5

I'm aiming for 8x5.5 in the moment, training every day, so how much time would it take?
Any comments on the routine are appreciated!

Welcome to the Brotherhood Cookiedude! Your workout looks good for starters and for most men they make great gains in the beginning so you might see a quick gain off the start. Getting to your goal will take some time though so be sure to keep you expectations realistic and your consistency high. As you become used to the Newbie Training start to introduce more progressive and intense training to keep gains going. Having a log like you have started is smart, it will be your map to the future and what works and what does not work. I made a 2" gain in my first 6 months using the Newbie Program twice a day.

to gain 3" could take some time but definitely achievable. will u be investing in any PE equipment? [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] are musts!!!! I love my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as well. the more dedicated and consistent you are the sooner you will achieve your goal!!!

I think having all the toys helps with consistency and keeping the workout fun. PE, in the old days, could get pretty boring with only hand exercises, today there are so many cool options in the way of tools. I think the 3 most important tools are the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], between these three tools and all the advanced exercises available today there is no stopping someone from making their goals a reality while having fun the whole time.

well people had come with parts of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]...hangers and you invented the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]...put them together and make a good sticky pad for the chamber and voila!!! someone had to do it and it's not surprising it was the KING of PE

Very true, it was a simple jump in innovation but putting them together is what made it happen. I had the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] in my mind for many years and when it was finally created it was a proud moment. Today, knowing we have this as a permanent item, makes me so happy. I see it really taking off in the next couple years and becoming the most prominent stretching tool available.
 
So, this is what I've been doing:
300 dry jelqs, 150 with each hand
Stretch down, left and right, 1.5 min each, then 50 cranks
100 quick kegels, then hold for a minute or as long as posible

Got rid of the sock-wrap-thing, it stretches too much and cuts blood flow, gonna try with some old basketball bandages.
Some things I've found out:
When stretching, at first it was a lot harder than now, I can now stretch more and feel "more pain" when doing it, like when stretching a muscle.
Veins get swollen a lot when jelqing, kinda scary the first times.

The most difficult thing so far has been training every day, with work, university and gym, there's not much time left. Right now I don't have a fixed time to train so I just do it when I can, which doesn't help to create a habit of doing it, perhaps I'll try to train before going to bed or after I wake up.
I don't live alone son I can't have pe equipement around, but I'm moving in some months, maybe then. Living alone will also help on training every day, because here there's always people here coming to visit.

This week I'll continue doing the same, and next week I'm starting with 600 jelqs and 2min stretches.

Try to find a definite place for your training, just like the gym or going to work. Even if you have to break it up over the whole day, try to get it into the same time slot so you can practice consistency. An inconsistent routine will bring inconsistent gains.
 
Well, after exam week at the university and a lot of days of not training, I'm coming back. I had to study so much that I had no time for anything else :(. From now on it's STUDY EVERY DAY, PE EVERY DAY.

Well, training everyday is still the only thing that I'm struggling with. After aprox 3 months, the numbers are:

BPE: 5.9
EG: 4.7
NBPE: 5.5
BPFS: 5.7
FL: 3.9
FG: 3.9

or in cm
BPE: 15
EG: 12
NBPE: 14
BPFS: 14.7
FL: 10
FG: 10

Some things I noticed:
- Kegels got really strong, I'm adding more o those
- Going comando is the shit
- Some of my first measurements were wrong, BPE and EG the most

I have a txt file where I write the dates of my workouts, counted 38(one workout p/day), in aprox 3 months, that's like 1/3 :(
I hope I have some free time soon when uni exams end, so I can finally hit some consistency.
 
So you have actually lost size since you have started training?
