I've been around theese forums for some time and never actually posted, so hi! Let me tell you my story.
Some time ago I was looking for solutions for my short frenulum, and came across [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]. Thanks to all the info here, my penis head is now free! I had a log with all the process, but sadly I lost it, otherwise I would post it here. When the frenulum thing was done, I still had all the info on pe but never started a routine, so today is the day. After all the reading, I decided to make a routine something like this:
I'll basicaly start with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], with dry jelqs being 100% erect, and doing reverse kegels while stretching.
Also got rid of tight underwear, and made a wrap with an old sock (lol), for the healing.
Starting at:
BPE: 5.9
EG: 4.7
NBPE: 5.3
BPFS: 5.5
FL: 3.5
FG: 3.7
or in cm
BPE: 15
EG: 12
NBPE: 13.5
BPFS: 14
FL: 9
FG: 9.5
I'm aiming for 8x5.5 in the moment, training every day, so how much time would it take?
Any comments on the routine are appreciated!
