Finally now I am dong the right thing. When started p.e. got excited and over trained causing me to loose my EQ and turkey neck and lost my morning wood.
Now I have my EQ back and morning wood is 70% better. My involuntary kegels causing premature ejaculation is solved by 40 %. I am not consistent so it's being slow.
