OK, let me start off by stating two things i hate about my member.
1 - Erection Angle
2 - Circulation/Erection Intensity

These are two things that i want to try to improve on. I figure that 1 is a result of 2, but i also attribute it to composition of my penis. What i mean by that is slimmer towards the base, giving me a slight baseball bat taper, making my penis weaker at the base. I would also guess that it is due to loose ligs maybe? I don't really do lig work because of this factor. I would like to know, what exercises can i do to improve my erection angle? I suppose those you that do heavy lig work would be able to answer this.
Now, for the second issue, I know that doing kegels can help with this. I have done kegels and experienced the benefits of having a strong PC muscle. I am looking for something other than kegels. I hate the fact that my glans barely fills, kegels didn't help me with this. If you have had this problem, what did you do to solve it?

I would guess that i would need to develop base girth and work the underside of my penis?:( the chamber on the underside that connects to the glans

does this sound practical? what do you guys suggest?
 
Jelqs, to increase erecton quality. And if you wanna thicken your base you need to stretch it to your sides (left and right). you may want to leave it hanging and just improve circulation as it may make you look bigger (but Idk if thats part of your goals).

I agree stretching/hanging will not only lengthen your penis but it will also thicken up the base.
