The benefit to wearing a cock ring after a girth workout is that it helps hold extra blood in the penis throughout the day. In theory, it 'may' help with girth gains by keeping the penis "plump" longer. Clamping is done in an erect state. Cock rings worn in the manner described are worn when flaccid.

No real safety to worry about, the ring should not be tight to the point of constriction, it should be tight enough to keep the pump. If you are going to do constriction type exercises where the penis is restricted it should be done while you can see whats going on. The same safety and caution used in Clamping applies.

It-s from a portuguese site. I don-t know if they send goods to US. Probabable you might pay a lot of transportation charges. If you need any help I can buy and send them to you without addittional costs....

Not sure what that works out to in girth, 1.96 may mean 7.5" of girth? Not sure, do they give a conversion?

it says diameter 3 to 5 cm which translates to 1.18inch to 1.96 inch. This again translates to a max of 157mm (6.15 inch) girth, if my math is correct

Well I've been using it and i don't know....... I use it after Penis Enlargement session and I keep the penis pumped but i tnink that even after i put it I loose quite some pump.... Maybe I need a smaller ring to keep more pump?
