Meat,

I slip my unit into a baby sock then fold it down - that gives me a tighter clamp and keeps me erect longer (I used to go soft after awhile too), and it prevents pinching of your skin. I also glued some soft thick rubber on the inside of one of my clamps this gives an extra 1/2 inch tighter and I can really adjust my clamps one click at a time until my cock is ready to explode !
