damn, I aint had this type of pump in a while. Yall gotta try these, if you aint doing em now already. Bend with one hand, the other as a lever.
 
Yep, been a fave of mine for a while. Shared how great they were several times in the past. Even made a video I think. Funny how great exercises like clamping never seem to catch on even though it works.? :(
 
I've only been clamping for a couple of weeks and have 6 months of p.e under my belt. Do you thnk it's safe to work in bends into my work out?
 
Be careful with those bends that you dont get too excited and bend too much.
It works well for further expansion and possibly length?? ATS rollers while clamped work a treat.
 
Quick question on these. I've got a slight bend to the left so would it be smarter to only bend to the right until its fixed or bend in both directions?

Yes! You should be attempting to re-train and stretch the left side ligament. Bend to the right if you're trying to correct the left curve. Breaking through and stretching the white fibrous tissue (scar included) is one of the toughest things you can do. You will notice this if/when you take a short or long-term vacation from Penis Enlargement. Everything to the right!
