Well if you kegel at the end of an erect jelq stroke it would be a squeeze of the PC muscle (like you are stopping the flow of urine) If you do a reverse kegel at the end of a erect jelq stroke it would be a total unflex of the PC muscle (stopping the flow of urine would be the same type of muscle movement).

i realize that but what i mean is if you reverse kegal u can get a better stretch out of it but if u kegal what does that do? just make u get harder erections??

If you are erect and doing a kegel your penis pulls back slightly and if you do a reverse kegel it relaxes the pelvic floor muscles causing the penis to extend slightly. If you are stretching at the end of the stroke I would do a reverse kegel so you will be stretching the ligaments of the penis without the pelvic floor muscles intervening as they would with a kegel.
